One of the areas of activity of the BRICS Women's Business Alliance is food and environmental security. As part of this activity, the Russian part of the association initiated a project to create the BRICS Organic Farming Association, which will support educational and research programs in the field of organic farming, improving food sustainability through intelligent, clean and efficient technologies.
Representatives of the alliance from South Africa and Zambia visited the PhosAgro Education Center and the Vasily Robertovich Williams Soil and Agronomy Museum. The guests spoke with admiration about the educational and research capabilities of the university, appreciated the uniqueness of the museum's collection, and left a note in the book of its honored guests.
On behalf of the Rector, Professor Vladimir Trukhachev, negotiations on cooperation with the delegation of the Women's Business Alliance were held by specialists of the Department of International Educational Programs. The parties expressed their readiness to develop cooperation in research and educational spheres.
