The current level of anthropogenic impact on open water sources indicates a decrease in the quality of surface runoff and an ever-growing volume of water intake for economic purposes. This, in turn, has a significant impact, including damage to hydrobiological resources. Scientists of the Timiryazev Academy P. A. Mikheev, D. M. Benin decided to study the behavior of fish in the channel's water flow in order to create more favorable living conditions for them in the future. They published the results of their work in a scientific article, which was indexed in the Scopus database. The research work was carried out with the support of the world-class Scientific Center "Agrotechnologies of the Future".
