International scientific conference of young scientists and professionals

Graduates (Bachelor, Master of Specialist degree holders), M.Sc. students, postgraduate students, Candidates of Science, Ph.Ds, Doctors of Sciences under 40 y. o., employees of Russian and foreign universities, as well as employees of organizations under 35 y.o., etc. are invited to participate.

Cost of participation: Free

Based on the results of the conference, an electronic collection of articles by the participants will be published.

Foreign participants of the conference can be accommodated at the hotel of Russian State Agrarian University-Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. Cost of accommodation for the conference participants – from 700 roubles per night (shared accommodation).

Accommodation for students

For students from outside Moscow, the university provides accommodation at 14 well-equipped dormitories (housing capacity – 10200 people), with well-developed infrastructure and all necessary conditions for living.

The campus includes: students canteen, cafes, self-service laundry, parking lots and a community police office.

Most dormitories are within the walking distance of lecture halls and laboratories, Central scientific library, sports facilities and Students Art and Activity centre.

The security in every dormitory is ensured round-the-clock by the security company staff.

The accommodation is provided for the entire study period to all students from outside of Moscow enrolled to the full-time education program (with or without scholarship).

During the admission period to B.Sc., M.Sc. and full-cycle courses, students and their parents (accompanying people) can be accommodated at the dormitories for up to 5 days (admission, entry exams and enrollment). Provide your original qualification certificate (e.g., high school certificate) and get a warrant from the admissions office, room 111 or 114)

Admission requirements

The following papers must be submitted before July, 15th (Ph.D. – by July, 24th): 

  1.  A copy of the national passport;
  2. An officially certified copy of the high/secondary school-leaving certificate or the «A» level examination results, translated into Russian;
  3. Сompleted health certificate form, translated into Russian;
  4. Сompleted application form;
  5. 8 photos, of size 3x4 cm.

After passing examinations at these courses successfully, overseas students can be registered for the B.Sc. or the M.Sc. at any faculty of RSAU-MTAA. To be registered at the University the following papers are to be submitted before July, 15: 

  1. A copy of the national passport.
  2. An officially certified copy of the high/secondary school-leaving certificate or the «A» level examination results, translated into Russian.
  3.  Completed health certificate form, translated into Russian.
  4. The certificate confirming the graduation from the Pre-University Courses in Russian language and relevant subjects (such a certificate is not required for the students who graduated from CIS’s schools and who have a good command of Russian).
  5. Completed application form.
  6. 8 photos, of size 3x4 cm.

The academic year starts on September, 1st. 

PhD admission requirements: 

  1. A formal application
  2. A valid photo ID
  3. A brief critical literature review on a relevant scientific issue, which you are interested in, supplied with a plan of your future research work.
  4. A copy of the M.Sc.(or 5-year Specialist) diploma.
  5. Completed application form.
  6. 8 photos, of size 3x4 cm.
  7. A personal statement of about 500 words explaining why you wish to study at the RSAU-MTAA and giving a more extended justification of your reasons for studying the chosen problem at the postgraduate level.
  8. Any other documents proving the candidate’s academic achievements that they consider relevant

The decision of admission to the post-graduate studies is made on the basis of the University's possibilities to provide facilities and conditions which are necessary for the research to be planned.
