Timiryazev Academy is the leading agrarian university in subject rankings of Russian universities

RAEX Agency has published subject ratings of Russian universities. These are some of the most in-demand research on universities. In the subject area "Agriculture" RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazev took first place among all universities of the country.

In 2023 the subject rating "Agriculture" was published for the first time. The Russian State Agrarian University named after K.A. Timiryazev was recognized as its leader.
RSAU-MAA named after K.A. Timiryazev took worthy positions in other subject ratings:

• "Biology" - 13th place.
• "Biotechnology and bioengineering" - 11th place;
• "Veterinary and Zootechnics" - 4th place.
